Webhooks notify you when an artifact for your site is created or published on Shifter.
Specifically, you can do things like the following.
- Notify Slack or other services when an artifact is created or published
- Deploy to external web hosting services such as Netlify via a build hook URL
- Deploy to a PaaS such as Heroku

- Available on Tier 2 plans and above
- To create a new webhook, the user configuring it must be the site Owner or have Administrator permissions in the team
