How to Create a Form in Form Mailer

Form Mailer Settings

  1. Sign up for or log in to Form Mailer. https://www.form-mailer.jp/entry/

  2. Create a form. Select [Create New Form] → [General Form].

  3. Give the form a name.

  4. to edit the form’s content. Before using it, make sure to enable the publication settings under [Publication Settings].

  5. Output the code: click [Code Output].

WordPress Setup in Shifter

Launch WordPress in Shifter and add the copied code.

  1. Log in to the Shifter dashboard. https://go.getshifter.io/

  2. Launch WordPress and log in.

  3. Add a static page.

  4. Add a block.

  5. Select the [Custom HTML] block.

  6. Custom HTML Paste the copied code into the block and publish it.

  7. Build the deployment and verify that it works.
