Qubo is a SaaS platform for contact forms and surveys.

Create a New Form

  1. Log in to the Qubo control panel.If you don’t have an account, sign up for a 14-day free trial.

  2. Click the [Create New] button to create a form.

  3. Fill in the fields and click the [Create] button.

  4. The form has been created. Let’s add some details.

  5. Settings

    • Basic Information & Publishing Settings

      To publish the form, be sure to change the [Publish Immediately] setting in the [Form Publishing Settings] section.

    • Email Notification Settings

    • Design Settings

    • Tracking Code Settings

  6. Edit Input Screen

    Drag and drop components to configure the required fields.

  7. Confirmation Screen

    Modify the required fields.

  8. Save Changes

    Click [Save with these settings] on each page.

  9. You will be returned to the form list page.

Get the Embed Tag

  1. Click [Show Embed Tag]. To get the embed code, click the [Show Embed Tag] button.

  2. Copy the code.

Embed into a Page

  1. Launch WordPress and log in.

  2. Click [Add New] under [Pages].

  3. Click [+] to add a block.

  4. Type “Custom HTML” and click [Custom HTML] in the [Format] menu.

  5. Paste the copied Qubo embed code and click [Publish].

  6. Generate the artifact and verify that it works.

Embedding in a Sidebar Widget

  1. Click the [Custom HTML] menu.

  2. Select the position where you want to place it, then click the [Add Widget] button.

  3. Paste the copied code and save.

  4. Generate the artifact and verify that it works.
