At this time, no static site generator or serverless hosting provider—including Shifter—supports WooCommerce.
WooCommerce, as an e-commerce plugin, is not designed to operate in a static environment; the features required for WooCommerce to utilize payment gateways, search functionality, product listings, and more become unavailable when the site is staticized.
Alternative E-commerce Solutions Available with WordPress on Shifter
