Cause

This error message appears because the user attempting to attach a domain to the site does not meet the necessary requirements for the operation.

Please verify and complete all three of the following steps regarding the site and user account before attempting to attach the domain again.

Upgrade the site to which you are attaching the domain to a Tier 1 or higher plan
Change the permissions of the user performing the operation to Site Owner or Administrator
Register payment information (credit card details) in the account information of the user performing the operation
