Solutions
Upgrade to upper plan
It’s the best and the easiest way.
The higher plan has the larger data transfer bandwidth and storage.
Check current bandwidth and storage usage on Shifter Dashboard, then upgrade a plan to resolve it.

Start WordPress and remove unnecessary files then re-calculate storage usage
We won’t limit to start WordPress, so goto WordPress dashboard and clean up media files. Then generate an artifact to make us re-calculate storage usage.
Move media files to Shifter Media CDN (Tier 1 or higher)
