We’re going to Philly! Well, actually, we’re already here.
I’m excited to be speaking at my hometown WordCamp Philly. I’ll be giving a talk titled “An Introduction to Design Systems”. My hope for this talk is that it will serve as a jumping off point for anyone who is looking to get into using or making a design system of their own. You’ll learn what design systems are, why and how to use them, and a glimpse at the systematized future of design in WordPress.
WordCamp Phily starts today at 9:30am EST and is free to attend.
There’s been a lot of buzz around design systems in recent years. As we’ve started implementing a design system of our own behind the scenes here at DigitalCube (Keep an eye out for more on that soon), we’ve been learning a ton, and we can’t wait to share more.
In the meantime, for those interested in learning more about design systems, I’ve compiled a list of resources that I’ve found helpful during our process.
