How to Schedule Posts with Shifter Static

Scheduling deploys on Shifter Static is easy and can be done in a few simple steps. First, create an artifact with the changes you would like to make to your website. Then, select the time you would like the artifact to be published as your live site. You can choose any time in the future, and your entire website will be automatically updated when that time arrives. This is a great way to run campaigns, plan posts ahead of time, or any other situation where content is time-sensitive.

To get started, log into your Shifter account and select the “Deploy” tab. From there, you will be able to create an artifact and select the time you would like it to be published. Once you have set the time, your changes will be deployed automatically to your live site. With scheduled deploys, you can ensure that your website is always up-to-date and running smoothly.

Getting set up with scheduled posts is easy, and you may have already noticed it added to your Shifter dashboard. 

Once you’ve created an artifact that you would like to schedule, scroll to that artifact and click the “Detail” button. 

Next, scroll to the section labeled “Scheduled Publish” Click the calendar icon, choose the date you would like to publish. You can also add a time of day.

Once the date and time is correct, click the “Schedule” button.

And that’s it! Your artifact will now be published automatically at the time and date you’ve chosen.
